These terms govern your use of the Landed Digital website and services. Landed Digital is a sub-brand of Landed Group. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

We provide Google visibility, review, website and AI services. The specific scope, deliverables and fees for any paid work are set out separately in a proposal or agreement before work begins.

3. Quotes and pricing

Any prices shown on this website marked as placeholder or indicative are examples only and do not form an offer. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before work starts.

4. No guarantees on rankings or results

We do not and cannot guarantee specific Google rankings, review numbers, lead volumes or revenue. Search engines and review platforms are controlled by third parties. We commit to practical, professional work, not to outcomes outside our control.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Maintain ownership of your Google, website and domain assets
  • Only request genuine, voluntary customer reviews
  • Comply with the policies of Google and any other platform used

6. Intellectual property and ownership

You retain ownership of your business assets, including your website, domain and Google Business Profile. Website content on this site belongs to Landed Digital.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Free NFC Review Setup offer terms

  • The free NFC review setup is available to selected Australian businesses at our discretion.
  • The offer includes one programmed NFC review card, a QR code and a direct Google review link, basic setup, testing on compatible devices, a short staff explanation and a quick Google Business Profile check.
  • One setup per business. Additional cards, counter stands and ongoing review services are available separately and are not included in the free offer.
  • No payment details are required to claim the free setup.
  • Reviews collected using the card must be genuine and voluntarily submitted. We do not support review gating, filtering, incentivising reviews, or any practice that breaches Google's review policies.
  • We may decline or withdraw the offer where it is being misused or where a business is not eligible.
